The building sits on a tight urban lot at the corner of Vrain Street and West Colfax Avenue—America’s longest continuous commercial strip. The units are designed to appeal to young professionals who want easy access to the hustle and bustle of the West Colfax neighborhood in addition to the outdoor recreational opportunities at nearby Sloan’s Lake. The mass was developed to maximize the building envelope and take full advantage of height and set back allowances.

The program includes a tenant lobby, common kitchen and community room with business center, laundry facilities, and tenant storage on each floor, as well as active and passive fitness facilities. The roof and 5th floor patio decks catch a glimpse of Sloan’s Lake to the north, the Rocky Mountains to the west, and Downtown Denver to the east. The roof deck includes communal outdoor grilling, seating areas, an outdoor movie screen, and community garden. All units are visitable with 5 fully-accessible ADA units; the remaining 77 are convertible.
