COME SEE BOULDER’S DESIGN DISTRICT!
Here at Boulder’s 15th Street Design District, we love to have fun while supporting a great cause. On November 13th, WORKSHOP8 will be joining neighboring studios in opening our doors and welcoming all visitors to check out where all the creative magic happens.
Our friends across the street at HMH Architecture + Interiors have partnered with Nivas for this event in an attempt to raise enough funds to build a house in a night for a family in need — $5K is the goal!
WHO IS NIVAS?
If you’ve never heard of Nivas before here is your chance to get involved with an amazing non-profit organization. Nivas builds safe shelters for families living in under-served communities that lack proper sanitation and shelter. They go beyond construction by providing proper education and training on what it means to be a homeowner.
Their programs create construction jobs, markets for goods, services, transit and more, boosting the economy at every turn.
