Our Stories.
This blog recaps our Insta posts from August 9 to November 6, 2025. Highlights include site walks at Jacoby Meadows and StarRise, a few key announcements, some charming 8-year-old Wild 8s from London, a couple of WORKAVERSARIES, and a playful imagined image of Chelsea as an architecture-octopus hybrid. We’re wishing Stanley Marketplace a very happy 9th birthday and recognizing High Plains Housing as a Favorite Client!

Wild 8s.
8s in the WILD from London England!
8 years ago — 8s in the WILD spotted all across London
From Wandsworth to Battersea, Westminster to Covent Garden, Camden to Bloomsbury, and Soho Square — the city was brimming with our favorite number. Shared by Brandy LeMae
Keep your eyes peeled for eights in the wild and share them with us!

The Team.
Marcel van Garderen, our VeePee has been with WORKSHOP8 for 11-years and our power-house Maria Fredette just celebrated 1-year with us! Keep of the great work. xoxo

Just For Fun.
Imagine Chelsea as an OCTOPUS
She’s got eight arms — and they’re all designing something fabulous.
Furniture layouts? Nailed it.
Finish selections? Flawless.
Lighting plans, client presentations, material sourcing? All handled with grace (and a killer design eye).
Chelsea keeps every detail in motion — imagine what she could do with eight actual arms.

Shout Out.
Stanley Marketplace Turns 9!
From concept boards to community hub — we’re proud to have been part of the team that brought this vision to life.
Shout out to Flightline Ventures (Project Visionaries) and White Construction — now WCG Construction — for making it happen.
WORKSHOP8 provided architecture, interior design, and environmental graphic designservices for this $20 million catalytic project in the City of Aurora.
At nearly 160,000 SF, Stanley Marketplace now buzzes with life — home to a beer hall, restaurants, local merchants, and office space — a true celebration of adaptive reuse and community-driven design.

High Plains Housing Favorite Client
High Plains isn’t just a client—they’re a true collaborator in building hope. As the leading partner in creating housing opportunities for low‑ and moderate‑income households in Greeley/Weld County—especially for the most vulnerable populations—they stand at the forefront of permanent supportive housing in our community.
Projects like StarRise at North Weld Village—a 58‑unit permanent supportive housing campus—exemplify their bold commitment to tackling homelessness head‑on. We’re proud to collaborate with High Plains, whose vision, compassion, and partnership make housing—and hope—possible.

Thanks for Reading.
