This 4-story complex offers 60 spacious 1 & 2-bedroom apartments. Residents wake up to breathtaking Front Range panoramas. Expansive fourth-floor decks and public decks on every floor allow them to soak in the fresh air and stunning scenery. An outdoor fire pit, community garden, and inviting seating areas further connect you with nature. A large common hall with a well-equipped kitchenette fosters gatherings. Laundry services on each floor eliminate the need to lug laundry. The on-site recreation room offers a space to unwind, socialize, and pursue hobbies. Fall River isn’t just an apartment building – it’s a place where seniors can thrive in a comfortable, connected, and inspiring environment.
