SEED

SEED is a co-working space located in Littleton, CO. The client came to WORKSHOP8 for assistance in transforming an existing medical office into a hip, new co-working space that ties back to Littleton’s past as an agricultural hub. The renovation includes re-cladding the exterior, a pop-top addition, gutting the interior to incorporate a future cafe, co-working space, and private offices.

The existing building will be re-clad for a fresh new look, and a second story loft will be added to increase the natural light, incorporate more storage space, and create a more interesting exterior. The portion of the building closest to the street will be retail space in the form of a small cafe, and the rest of the space will be open and private offices. The use of reclaimed wood, farmhouse style fixtures, and a natural color palette nod to the agricultural history of Littleton.
