Mountain View Apartments

While preserving the existing exterior stairs and walkways due to budget considerations, a complete transformation revitalized the buildings’ appearance. A stylish “re-skinning” refreshed the exteriors, accented with vibrant jewel tones. This color palette not only adds a touch of whimsy but also gives each building a distinct personality, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Although the building could have used a more extensive rehab, the budget was such that the Scope of Work consisted of: removal of all siding, repair of building substrate as necessary, installing new building wrap and siding, removing and replacing all windows and unit entry doors, and partial replacement and addition of roof heat tape.
