A Whimsical Renovation: Multi-Building Revival for Elderly and Disabled Residents
In this vibrant transformation, we didn’t just renovate 42 units across three buildings—we revitalized an entire site. With two 2-story residences, a one-story building, and a charming circular community hub at its core, the project was a delightful challenge. The hub, a true gathering spot, now houses offices, laundry, and a cozy communal space.
Each building received its own unique color and playful brick accents, all tied together with bold awnings that bring flair and personality. But it wasn’t just about looks—we took care of the essentials, too. The project upgraded the parking lot, lighting, carports, and even the trash areas and signage. Inside, we gave the residences a fresh, modern touch with new floors, doors, counters, and refrigerators. Four units were redesigned for full accessibility, and the entire site now meets ADA standards. The round house shines even brighter with a new lift, upgraded HVAC, and fully ADA-compliant restrooms and kitchen.
