PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This multi-building project wasn't a mere makeover, it was a metamorphosis! We transformed 42 units across three buildings: two 2-story residences, a one-story building, and a charming historic circular community hub – the heart of the complex – boasting offices, laundry, and a welcoming gathering space. Each building received a distinctive color palette and brick accents that harmonized with the round house, while stylish awnings added a touch of pizzazz.

Upgrades went beyond aesthetics. We improved the parking lot, lighting, trash areas, signage, and landscaping, even adding carports. Inside the residences, new floors, doors, counters, and refrigerators modernized the living spaces. Safety features included replaced entryway roofs and grab bars in showers. Four units became fully accessible, and the entire site received an ADA compliance upgrade. The round house gained a new lift, upgraded HVAC, and ADA-compliant restrooms and kitchen. Today, the revitalized complex seamlessly blends history, comfort, and inclusivity for all residents.
