Lukas was a former Architectural Designer at WORKSHOP8 and primarily worked on the Jacoby Meadows project, for which he led drawing production and sustainability efforts. He was born in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to the United States at a young age. He is a graduate of CU's Environmental Design program, where he studied architecture and graduated with high distinction. While there, his projects specialized in sustainable design, with one of his studio projects earning the distinction of runner-up in the Colorado Green Building Guild's Student Project of the Year Award. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant and studied abroad in Venice, Italy. In July 2024, Lukas left WORKSHOP8 to pursue his Master of Architecture degree at the University of Virginia.
