Omar de la Mora

Omar is a California native who relocated to Colorado in order to enhance his connection to the outdoors. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019, and is very proud to be the first in his extended family to pursue a degree in higher education. Having lived in Mexico for a short period of his early life, Omar observed their approach to community and became very interested in how communities could be strengthened through architecture. Omar plans to continue his education and ultimately obtain his architectural license in the state of Colorado.

Omar was a Big Mountain coach for Team Summit, and finds it very endearing sharing his passion surrounding the outdoors. On the weekends, you can find him at your nearest ski resort or bike trail.

As an Architectural Designer at WORKSHOP8, Omar works closely with the team to ensure projects are well-detailed and polished.
