PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Overlook Clubhouse will serve as the central community space for the site's nine rehabilitated apartments. The clubhouse will include a coffee lounge and mail area, fitness area, large community room, and leasing offices. Butterfly roofs that compose the unique modern form translate to high vaulted ceilings inside and create a lively space for residents to enjoy. Outside a pool deck and patio provide additional amenities and tie into the site improvements across the apartments.
