Fitz Vets

FITZ VETS is a housing development developed by Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to support homeless veterans and their families. It is programmed with common space, staff support onsite, and is in the transit-rich and pedestrian friendly Fitzsimons Urban Renewal Area near the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. It is adjacent to the existing state veterans nursing home, and supports a vision to create a veterans campus of care onsite.
