Gateway North is part of the first phase of the Sun Valley redevelopment. Gateway North is six-stories with 95 units (1 BR and 2BR flats, 3 BR, 4 BR, and 5 BR 2-story units) and two ground-floor commercial spaces. The architectural design draws from materials that historically graced the neighborhood, and the vertical change in materials helps to break up the six-story structure and create a human-scale experience. Walk-ways are open and non-conditioned to provide an outdoor experience in the urban environment. Site furnishings selected by W8 enliven the outdoors and create comfortable and safe spaces to sit and read a book or wait for your ride-share. The Leasing Office was furnished with pieces that are modern in style but incorporate natural materials in order to convey warmth and comfort.

WORKSHOP8 provided site planning, architecture, community outreach and content, interior design, FF&E selection, identity and branding, signage design, art design and selection, and contract administration
