Spring Creek isn’t retirement, it’s a vibrant 3-story community for active seniors 55+. Offering 60 affordable 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, Spring Creek seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. An “active stair,” outdoor fitness stations, and green space with a pavilion keep you moving. Picnic areas, parkour stations, and community gardens foster social connection and a sense of belonging. Spring Creek lets active seniors blossom. The building boasts smart design for energy efficiency: optimal sun exposure, solar panel ready, airtight construction, superior insulation, high-performance windows with awnings, and natural cooling for common areas. Close collaboration with the neighborhood HOA ensured the building’s height fit seamlessly into the community. We presented 3D models of various options, ultimately settling on a 3-story option for this phase. However, the HOA embraced a 4-story vision for Phase 2, demonstrating their trust in our design process.

WORKSHOP8 provided entitlement and community outreach services, site planning, architecture, interior design, FF&E, branding, signage design, art design and selection, and contract administration in-house and included civil, landscape, MEP and structural engineering through subconsultants.
