PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Gateway Row Homes, nestled in the heart of the Gateway community, offer contemporary living fused with modern design. With six (6) townhomes, including five (5) 3-story residences and one (1) 2-story accessible unit, each home is crafted for inclusivity. Featuring single-car attached garages, three bedrooms, inviting kitchens, and dining spaces, these homes are designed for modern families. The first and third floors provide multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for personal retreat, while the second floor offers flexibility for vibrant lifestyles. Attention to construction efficiencies and fixture selection ensures enduring quality without compromising affordability, promising comfort and joy for generations to come.
