PROJECT DESCRIPTION

StarRise isn't just a new apartment building in Greeley, Colorado – it's a beacon of hope for those in need. This 58-unit project offers Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), providing a safe and stable environment for individuals seeking a fresh start. But StarRise isn't just about aesthetics; it's about understanding the needs of its residents. The project incorporates trauma-informed design principles, meaning every detail – from programming to space planning – prioritizes safety, comfort, and empowerment. Outdoor decks, spacious laundry areas, and bright corridors complement the efficient one-bedroom units, all carefully designed to promote a sense of peace and well-being.

StarRise itself draws inspiration from its industrial roots, with a distinct architectural style. Uniquely, it connects to an existing 1934 brick building that will be transformed into a vibrant community hub containing a food pantry, fitness area, maker space, kitchen, and open seating – all designed to foster connection and well-being. The existing brick building will be seamlessly integrated into the new structure, creating a cohesive environment.

StarRise at North Weld Village isn't just housing; it's a community built on inclusivity, support, and the promise of a brighter future.
