Sierra Vista

Sierra Vista is a 209 unit rehabilitation development in Arapahoe County, CO. Owned by ITEX, the building was originally constructed in 1976. The scope of Sierra Vista included preparing measured drawings, bringing sidewalks and ramps up to compliance, coordinating a new landscape plan, ADA upgrades for the units (new layouts when necessary), replacement of HVAC units, unit and monument signage design, and updating interior finishes. Sierra Vista Rehab was completed in 2018 and was designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities’ Green Building Criteria and received HUD funding.
