PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Jacoby Meadows is a three-story residence that offers 60 new affordable senior units (50 one-bed and 12 two-bed). The projects promotes and active and community-oriented lifestyle for its residents. An open lobby integrates services like the mail area with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and kitchenette ideal for casual interactions and events alike. This flows naturally to incorporate the outdoor plaza including plantings, fire pit and covered walk connecting to a future phase of the development.
An airy "active stair" encourages an active lifestyle among residents and features a custom W8 designed light-fixture. At the top, the "Sunset Lounge" overlooks the mountains to the west and throughout the building there are additional decks, seating alcoves and spacious resident storage.
