PROJECT DATES
April 2018 to May 2021
DESCRIPTION
Located on 14th and Logan in Denver, The Olin Hotel was a luxury hotel built in 1925. In 1980 it was renovated to 112 1-bedroom apartments for elderly.
SCOPE OF WORK
Interiors were updated to include modern, yet affordable fixtures and finishes that nod to Olin’s luxurious past and Spanish Mission design. All unit interiors updated, bathrooms and kitchens revised, and windows replaced. Stair and lift added to access the 5th floor. Adding a gym and lounge space with a fireplace and updated the game room, dining hall and dance floor. Incorporating security upgrades and common areas that look out to the street, a better connection was created between residents and neighborhoods for a safer streetscape.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Architecture, interior design, environmental graphic design, and contract administration in-house. Subconsultants included: civil, landscape, MEP, energy and structural engineering.
