A vibrant senior community where affordability meets active living and breathtaking mountain vistas. That's the magic of Jacoby Meadows, a three-story haven offering 62 brand-new, affordable units – a mix of 50 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom homes.
Jacoby Meadows fosters a social and dynamic atmosphere. The welcoming lobby creates a seamless flow where the mail area cozies up next to comfortable seating, a crackling fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchenette – the perfect backdrop for impromptu gatherings and events. An outdoor plaza adorned with lush greenery, a crackling fire pit, and a covered walkway – all leading seamlessly to the future Phase 2 expansion.
Staying active is key at Jacoby Meadows. The airy "active stair," a playful twist on the traditional staircase, inspires residents to embrace movement. And what better way to reward that effort than with a custom-designed W8 light fixture illuminating your way? The top floor boasts the aptly named "Sunset Lounge," showcasing stunning mountain views that stretch westward. Throughout the building, additional decks, cozy seating alcoves, and spacious resident storage offer havens for relaxation and personal touches.
