Happy International Women’s Day.

WORKSHOP8 is a woman-owned business, with Brandy as CEO. Our talented team includes Chelsea, our Interior Design Manager, who has been with us for over 10 years, as well as Elena and Maria, two architects in training. Elena is currently working on her ARE exams and recently passed another one—cheers to her dedication! We are honored to work with so many incredible women shaping the future of design.

Women’s History Month Spotlight: Dana Crawford.

This Women’s History Month, we honor Dana Crawford, a preservationist and visionary who transformed Denver’s historic neighborhoods. Her work in adaptive reuse and historic preservation continues to inspire architects and urban designers today.

Project Updates: Under Construction & On The Boards.

StarRise | Greeley

A 58-unit, 4-story affordable housing development with an adaptive reuse community space. Huge thanks to KCI Construction for keeping things moving! This project will provide much-needed permanent supportive housing for formerly unhoused residents.

Overlook | Thornton

Rehabilitation is in full swing on nine buildings with 160 units. The brand-new clubhouse, pool, gym, and community room will offer residents incredible amenities. Palace Construction is making it happen.

Jacoby Meadows | Windsor

This 62-unit, 4-story affordable senior housing project is coming together with Pinkard Construction leading the charge. Residents will be moving in just in time for Halloween.

Walsh Annex Rehab | Denver

Big things ahead for this 100-unit, 12-story rehabilitation project with the Denver Housing Authority. We completed contractor walk-throughs and onboarded Prisma International in preparation for the Permit Set submission in May.

Design.

Casa Redonda de Vigil | Monument Sign

Transformation in action! Casa Redonda has undergone a stunning renovation. This project highlights the power of thoughtful design and historic preservation, breathing new life into a well-loved space.

Walsh Annex Rehab | Wayfinding

Helping people navigate buildings with ease is a key part of design. We’re refining signage strategies that blend function and aesthetics to make spaces intuitive and accessible.

Jacoby Meadows | Active Stair Window Wall

Natural light and strategic transparency can transform a stairwell from a purely functional space into an inviting, active corridor. Our stair window wall design brings openness and energy to encourage movement within the building.
