CYCLISTS 4 COMMUNITY

Joseph now serves as the President for Cyclists for Community and on May 17th, they held their third annual fundraiser called CRANK IT FORWARD. WORKSHOP8 provided in-kind graphic design for the event. Look out for flyers advertising their fourth annual fundraiser next Spring!

I serve on the board of The Catamounts and they threw yet another amazing fundraiser called A Galactic Adventure! A good time was had by all.

2019 BOULDER GREEN HOME TOUR
The Lipan Residential Remodel project was chosen as a finalist to be showcased in the 2019 Boulder Green Home Tour, hosted by Colorado Green Building Guild. Follow the links to purchase your tickets to tour some of Boulder’s most innovative green building projects, coming up this September 28th.

THE GATEWAYS GAIN RECOGNITION
In recent news, Gateway North and South were selected by the Downtown Denver Partnership to be showcased at their June Development Forum. The forum gave attendees an inside look at the future of development in our center city from development insiders.
